Fritter, Dellores Jean 85 Of West Sacramento, passed away Friday, June 26, 2015 in Carmichael. "Dell" was born November 2, 1929 in McMinnville, Oregon. The most loving and caring mother of daughter, Connie Breen and her husband Michael Milano and son, John Breen, Jr and his wife Sue. Known as "Grandma Dee" and dearly loved by 3 grandchildren, Isaac Powning, Benjamin Powning, and Jenny Breen, and 9 great grandchildren, Jordan, Loren, Brenden, Paitin, Gabe, Blake, Makenna, Benjamin Jr., and JP. Loved and admired by her sisters, Ardith Belden and Joan McKay and brother, John Ford. Along with nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ben Ford. Visitation hours will be Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with a 7:00 P.M. Vigil service. Funeral Services will be held Thursday July 9th at 10:00 A.M. all services at River Cities Funeral Chapel, 910 Soule St., West Sacramento.
