Frank passed away peacefully at his home In Tarzana, California. A lifelong resident of Los Angeles, Frank is survived by his beloved wife of more than 61 years, Lillian, his son Peter, his daughter Cecilia Borchardt (Kirk) and his grandchildren Ryan and Riley. Raised in Hollywood, Frank attended Loyola High School and served in the Navy during the later stages of WWII. Upon his return from service, he attended and graduated from the University of Southern California. After graduation from USC, he started his own insurance agency. His knowledge of the Industry eventually lead to the founding of Heritage insurance Group where he served as President and CEO from 1957 until 1984 when the company was sold to Quaker State Oil Corp. A memorial mass will be held at Our Lady of Grace Church, 5001 White Oak Avenue, at Ventura Blvd, in Encino, at 2:00 p.m., Sat., January 17, 2015 Donations can be made to The Salvation Army, by phone: 1 800-Sal-Army or by mail: The Salvation Army.
